Does microneedling help clear acne scars?

Microneedling is effective for reducing acne scars by promoting collagen remodeling and skin renewal, which helps smooth out the scarred areas.

Does microneedling help with wrinkles?

Yes, microneedling can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by stimulating collagen production and improving skin firmness.

How does microneedling work?

Microneedling involves using fine needles to create tiny punctures in the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production to improve texture, tone, and overall skin health.

How do I take care of my skin after microneedling?

The recommended aftercare for microneedling is to keep your skin hydrated, avoid sun exposure, use gentle skincare products, and follow any aftercare instructions from your Brio Aesthetics Provider.

How long do the effects of microneedling last?

How much downtime is needed after microneedling?

Downtime after microneedling is minimal, typically lasting 1-3 days, with some redness and mild swelling that resembles a sunburn.

What is the difference between regular Microneedling and Microneedling with PDGF?

Microneedling uses tiny, controlled micro-injuries to stimulate your skin’s natural collagen production and improve texture, tone, and overall skin quality. Microneedling with PDGF is designed to reduce downtime and help your skin heal faster from microneedling treatments and enhance the microneedling process by amplifying collagen stimulation for more noticeable results.
